I was born in Algiers in 1958 and have lived and worked in France, Switzerland and Germany for approximately 15 years. I founded the "Conseil interculturel" consultancy in 1995.

In the course of my work, what I really enjoy and find interesting is experiencing human, cultural and individual differences and characteristics. I also really enjoy "juggling" with languages during my assignments and achieving real communication between myself and the participants. My personal goal is to help build bridges between different peoples, mentalities and cultures ... fostering a human approach to communication. Professional experience prior to starting my own company.

In Stuttgart, Germany, I worked in an international life insurance company where I was in charge of manager training and human resources management programmes.

In Geneva, Switzerland, I represented an ophthalmic surgical equipment company in the Swiss German-speaking market.

Prior to this on completing my studies in German and literature at Le Mans, Paderborn and Wurzburg (Degree in German and Magister Artium in Romanistik) I immersed myself in language studies, translation which led to my discovery of my real vocation - training, accompanying adults through all stages of the learning process.

In parallel to my professional activities, I took two communication courses - conflict management and systemic organisational development (3 and 4 years respectively).
